CPD - TALES OF SURVIVAL
The construction industry (and by extension, architecture) is a notoriously cyclical sector of the economy, resulting in a ‘Feast or Famine’ existence for many practices. The relative slowdown of the residential sector in the past 12 months has led to many members wondering what they can do to better equip themselves before the next downturn.
This CPD event will reveal stories, with the clarity of hindsight, of what truly helps a practice survive the tough times along with when to realise the writing is on the wall and to call it a day.
