Clare Cousins Architects
Clare Cousins established Melbourne practice, Clare Cousins Architects, in 2005. Based on the lands of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Eastern Kulin Nation, the studio is engaged in projects large and small including housing, workplace, and cultural projects. Each project is an opportunity to explore what we value; a nuanced sense of place, embedded with a responsibility to our environment. Our projects endure and evolve, responsive to the individual or community they serve. Actively involved in the broader design community, Clare is a Life Fellow and Past National President of the Australian Institute of Architects.
Elridge Anderson
Eldridge Anderson is a design-focused architecture practice specialising in the creation of thoughtful and refined works of architecture. Working in coastal, urban and rural locations, we are inspired to create places that unite their location, the space, and the people that will spend time in and around them. We believe in the power of good design to inspire, and are motivated to compose structure, material and light into enduring places that are honest and uplifting.
Olaver Architecture
OLAVER is an architectural practice which pursues excellence in design and approach. Our approach is founded in the people that inhabit, visit, construct, consult and supply the spaces we design, for without them the spaces would have no function and form follows function after all. Our architecture is marked by a balance of austerity and playfulness, the imperfect and the highly refined, rough and smooth, history and new. Our application to design eschews the notion of interior vs exterior design, reiterating their reciprocity. Over all we are working towards creating a better built environment through both private and public buildings, commercial, residential and utilitarian spaces which are user focused. Our aim is to create spaces which better the environment: actively, ecologically, practically and aesthetically.
Peachy Green
Peachy Green makes gardens, lush green landscapes to stimulate and inspire, provide sanctuary and calm from our big city lives. A place to be close to nature, to watch the seasons unfold. We honour and reflect the architecture of the home, the history of the site and personality of its people. Lover of all things green, Fran has built her residential design business in Melbourne over the last 12 years, working with architects and homeowners. She is well versed in unlocking the potential of an outdoor space and layering lush green texture, space, light, shade, materiality, and biophilic joy into the garden. Her plant obsession covers native, Mediterranean, Japanese, woody meadow perennials, ferns, grandma plants, and everything in between.
