For many years, ArchiTeam has supported and promoted New Architects Melbourne (NAM) events including collaborations during the ArchiTeam Awards Festival. At the start of the year, there was a change in the team with Nikita Bhopti, Eugenia Tan, Meron Tierney, Daria Selleck, Daniel Moore, Kirstin Farchaus, Qutaibah Alatafi, Anna Nguyen, Akila Ravi, William Tran, Amelia Wells, and Rita Liao moving on in their careers and lives.
As part of this changeover, ArchiTeam has stepped in to assist the new NAM team in facilitating the program. NAM will continue to be for new architects to present their story, vision and design processes and sensibilities in a casual, environment in front of peers and enthusiasts.
The new NAM team is Sarah Mair, Lucia Amies, Damien Cresp, Duncan Crowe and Qun Zhang, who have hit the ground running with NAM #40 scheduled for Wednesday 23rd August, booking details soon.
