Client Satisfaction Survey - member template

The Advocacy Committee has redeveloped the Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) Survey for clients, renaming it the Client Satisfaction Survey (CSS) template.

The CSS has been produced to assist ArchiTeam members in obtaining valuable insight into the client experience of architect-designed homes. The template can easily be downloaded and edited to suit your practice's needs, with the data to be sent directly back to you, allowing you and your practice to gain valuable insight into how the experience of the building process was like for your client, how they are experiencing the completed building and how your building performs over time in terms of sustainability.

Our Member Survey Insights 2022 told us that only 5% of members who responded to the survey always undertake client surveys on their projects. We are hoping this updated resource for your practice will offer you better insights into how your clients experience.

ArchiTeam would also love for you to share some of the feedback you gain, so we will reach out to you annually to ask you to share.
